WEEKLY EVENT
Toltec Chakra Balancing – A Unique Concert of Breath and Sound with Feodor
This isn’t a wellness class — it’s a living concert. An immersive Toltec-inspired experience where breath, voice, and the soaring acoustics of St Augustine’s Arts & Events Centre become one.
Guided by Feodor Kouznetsov — author, Toltec breathing guide, and creator of the Formula.life method — you’ll be led through a unique sound and breath journey. Using ancient vocal tones and precise rhythm, the hall itself becomes part of the instrument, amplifying every voice into a shared vibration.
✨ Who this is for:
✔ Those with ADHD, anxiety, or restless minds who struggle with silent meditation
✔ Anyone longing for clarity, relaxation, and grounded energy
✔ People curious to experience a rare fusion of Toltec wisdom and Tibetan sound traditions
📍 Where: St Augustine’s Arts & Events Centre, Brighton (19th-century Gothic landmark)
🗓 When: Sunday, 1–3 pm (arrive 10 mins early)
💷 Tickets: £35 (NHS, students, retired – 10% off)
⚠️ Please don’t eat for 2 hours before. A light breakfast around 10am is ideal.
🌀 About Feodor:
Feodor is an author, breathwork guide, and student of world-renowned Toltec teachers Sergio Magaña and Alexey Ksendzyk. Since 2016 he has devoted over 3,000 hours to daily practice and guided hundreds through transformative breathing journeys. In 2018, he launched the Formula.life app at Brighton’s i360 after investing more than £200,000 in its creation. His work bridges ancient Toltec wisdom with modern science, offering experiences that are both deeply ceremonial and profoundly practical.

St Augustine's Arts & Events Centre is now a home for the Arts, Wellbeing, Business and Hospitality sectors.
As well as having a spacious and creative space to rent, we also have the The Tree Top Cafe and the Wild Earth Events businesses based on site.
This whole project aims to become the archetype of what a business and cultural centre should be.
We have internal solutions for most cultural and business gatherings and the gardens will also be used during the summer months to accommodate activities like cream teas, alfresco dining, cultural and corporate outdoor gatherings.
