Hosting your wedding at our venue
There are so many possibilities when it comes to using our Brighton-based centre as a wedding reception and ceremony venue.
We are able to host small and intimate wedding parties cosily and large nuptial ceremonies up to 500 people in our main event space.

What’s a wedding without a first-dance and a disco? We have built in lighting and sound equipment for any music you’d like to play.
Our large space in the main area offers a great space for dancing, DJ sets, receptions and ceremonies.
We have two main areas that can be used for multiple occasions in our centre:


Weddings at Our Venue
At the St Augustine’s, we can offer a few different areas that work perfectly for weddings.
Our Altar Area is the perfect setting for the ceremony itself due to its classic architecture and traditional feel.
Complete with an altar in the center and surrounded by stained glass windows, it’s the most beautiful space for the ceremony itself.
This area can seat up to 120 people and can have up to 200 people standing in it.


After the ceremony we can offer our main hall area which is perfect for the reception.
This saves your guests from having to travel anywhere after the ceremony.
In this area we can cater for up to 500 people standing.
We have our sound and lighting equipment already in place to use in this area if you wish to hire a DJ or band and the space is perfect for a dance floor for the evening.
Also on offer is our outdoor area which is a great place for sitting outside in the day or evening during the reception.
This gives your guests the opportunity to enjoy the outdoor space during your wedding day.
We are able to work with you and offer ideas for how your wedding can be arranged in our space.
Our team will happily work with you on different configurations for seating and dance floor ideas.
