We believe the same goes for ingredients. Here at Wild, we work with local foragers to source the best seasonal wild herbs and plants available to us on our doorstep. On the coast, seaweed and sea kelp grow in abundance, along with produce such as wild rosemary, rocket and kale appearing throughout the year. Utilising these ingredients is not only sustainable, but also nourishing for the body, with many harnessing health benefits along with interesting flavours.
Along with brilliant local coffee, seasonal produce and foraged ingredients, artisan bakeries such as The Flower Pot, Colburn & Baker and The Real Patisserie provide us with baked breads and pastries daily.
