Stephanie is a successful, professionally trained Hypnotherapist and coach who believes in helping her clients to reach their potential, to increase their self-esteem and to feel confident inside and out.
Hypnotherapy is a relaxing experience where you are in control throughout and Stephanie’s role as a hypnotherapist is to guide and help you make any desired shifts. Sessions are done in a very safe and relaxing way – almost like a guided visualisation with a goal to reach.
The sessions incorporate a combination of talking, hypnosis and coaching, using a mix of Solution Focused Therapy, Hypnosis, Emotional Freedom Techniques (often known as the Tapping technique), Coaching and Mindfulness to ensure the best results possible every time.
Through a combination of these techniques, Stephanie helps people break free from habits, thoughts, and beliefs that may be holding them back. Challenges such as food addiction, smoking, anxiety, fears and phobias, confidence issues, motivation and other seemingly simple or complex issues can all be helped, in order to regain control, gain ‘Inside Out’ confidence and to give the ability to feel happier and healthier.
