- Lighthouse:
”Lighthouse is a non-profit arts charity that provides a programme of training, talks, exhibitions, commissions and education initiatives. If you were to rent a space from us you would be supporting our artistic programme and talent development schemes.”
Lighthouse is located in the North Laine of Brighton. Surrounded by bars and restaurants, it’s just a 10 minute walk from Brighton Station and the sea front. This is a popular place to host meetings and workshops. There are multiple different rooms available in the Lighthouse, including:
- The Conference Room which is perfect for meetings, workshops and brainstorming. The room is equipped with a projector and it’s a bright space to use for business events.
- The Digital Lounge which is a large multi-purpose space suitable for presentations, seminars, screenings and workshops.
- The Reception Area which is a shared space available for breaks and catering spaces for if you’re using the Digital Lounge. This space is also available to hire in the evenings and at weekends.

- The Brighton Centre
The Brighton Centre is a great event space for larger events. It is in a fantastic location on the seafront in Brighton and offers easy access to anyone staying in Brighton or travelling to the area.
The sales and event team are experienced in managing high profile and high security events and will discuss your event requirements at length and produce a bespoke proposal based on your needs and the complexity of your event. They are able to accommodate events of 400-4,450 delegates with a 5,000m² exhibition space and 23 syndicate rooms. Your event would be overseen by an event manager who is there to make sure everything runs smoothly.
The Brighton Centre has a long standing catering partner which you can use for your event called ‘Be Seasoned’. They also have a focus on using locally sourced ingredients to make food specifically for your event.
- The Grand Hotel
With beautiful facilities, including the stunning self-contained sea facing Empress Suite that can accommodate up to 900 guests, and an expert team on hand to deliver exceptional service The Grand Brighton is the perfect place to entertain for lots of different events.

- Ironworks Studios, Brighton
Ironworks studios, located close to Brighton Station, is a multi purpose production and event space which incorporates Brighton’s only TV studio theatre with audience facilities.
They offer multiple types of event spaces including:
- A TV, video and photography studio
- A performance, interview and screening area
- Meeting and conference room
- Cafe and break-out area
These flexible-use spaces are available for Video & TV production, showcases, filming, conferences, photos shoots, press launches, lectures or company meetings.
As well as a full digital hub for video and photography productions with green screen, all studios can be configured for conferences, corporate events, workshops and business meetings.
